- App Usage Data: Features and frequency of your app usage.
2.3 Subscription and Payment Information
- Subscription Status: Your Pro membership subscription status, subscription type (monthly/yearly), and expiration date.
- Note: Actual payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not store your credit card numbers or other payment card details.

4.1 Data Storage
- Local Storage: Some study data is stored locally on your device to support offline use.
- Cloud Storage: To enable data synchronization and study circle features, we use Supabase cloud services to store your data. Servers are located in AWS ap-southeast-1 (Singapore).
4.2 Data Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Using SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
- Encrypted password storage
- Implementing access control and authentication mechanisms
- Regular security audits
4.3 Data Retention
- We retain your data while you use the App.
- If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
- Certain anonymized statistical data may be retained for service improvement.

- When you join a study circle, other members can see your username, avatar, and study duration statistics.
- The leaderboard displays your ranking and study data.

- Apple: For processing Pro membership subscriptions and payments

You can stop using the App or delete your account at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete such information.
If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions
8.1 Subscription Terms
- Pro membership is managed through Apple App Store subscriptions
- Two subscription plans are available: monthly and yearly
- Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
8.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- After purchase, you can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
8.3 Canceling Subscriptions
To cancel your subscription:
- Open iPhone "Settings"
- Tap your name > "Subscriptions"
- Select FocusCroc Pro
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and recommend that you review their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
