DreamTone ("we", "our", or "the App") is a sleep sounds and white noise application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

DreamTone is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• No Account Required — DreamTone does not require user registration or login. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers.
• Local Data Only — All your preferences, sound settings, presets, and timer configurations are stored locally on your device using iOS built-in storage. This data never leaves your device.
• No Server Communication — DreamTone does not have its own backend server. Your usage data is not uploaded anywhere.

2. Third-Party Services

DreamTone uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — We display advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's privacy settings. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before any tracking occurs. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)

• Contacts or address book
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Health or fitness data
• Browsing history
• Financial or payment information

4. Children's Privacy

DreamTone does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is a general-audience sleep aid tool and does not target children.

5. Data Security

Since all user data is stored locally on your device and we do not transmit personal data, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, encryption).

6. Your Rights

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no additional data to request deletion of.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
